Why this program
My satellite programs are executed on several pc’s. And sometimes that pc’s
give some problems. This can be everything:
-    A full hard disk, due to several reasons:
o Stopped programs like the task manager. This will also stop programs like
          TrimTree
o Sometimes Metop Manager hangs
o Sometimes I forget to hit the <Start> button after some modifications
-    Hardware problems
What I had in mind was a program that can monitor some items, like the amount
of files in some of the used folders. The result is POVIM Alert.

About this program
The program can monitor up to 6 folders. It displays the amount of files and the total size. It can be compared with an estimated maximum value.
It is also possible to monitor up to three websites. This to see if the page is regularly updated. Further you can check if there are new programs. My DownloadPrograms program is used for this.
If the signal was fallen away a message will be given.

How further?
Since version 0.2.0 it's not a prototype anymore but a beta version. This because it proved to be very valueable for me. I have spent some time to improve the interface and the internal coding. I have also added documentation.

Well, I hope that some people will use it and give some feedback.
