POVIM Remove FSY
This program can remove 0.fsy and 1.fsy.
When the program is started 3 steps are executed:
- stop tc-recv
- delete 0.fsy and 1.fsy
- start tc-recv.

The advantage of using this program is, that it's quicker then doing it by hand.

Starting with V.1.1.0 it is possible to remove the fsy-files based on the actual size of the file. It is also possible to start the program automatically via msgnotify. An example of msgnotify.bat is added to the download file, as well as instructions in the ReadMeFirst file how to use it.

During the development I had some problems with the last step. I had to develop a "trick". Instead of directly starting the program a shortcut is used. See the ReadMeFirst file how to setup the config-file!
